Then I notice a note on the table from the hotel that there would be no water from 12:00pm to 4:00pm for the next three days?!?!? We had outdoor activities during the morning into the early afternoon then off to evening activities. Check in went smoothly and we were able to check into our room. The fee was not a lot and I paid it, but it was a bummer since I was told that it would be waived. The customer service staff said that she would be waiving the early check in fee! Great!!! Unfortunately, at check out, we were charged the early check in fee… I tried explaining that the early check in fee was waived? But there was no note in our file. A room was available for us to check in early, which was great since we have been traveling through the night.
We arrived at the hotel early I requested the opportunity to check in early. We unfortunately, did not have the same great experience that others have told us about the Aliante. This was our first time staying here we have heard great things about the Aliante from others who have stayed here before. My family and I stayed at the Aliante Hotel and Casino for a nearby school activity.
